Mobile County Sheriff’s Office has a POSITIVE IDENTIFICATION on a robbery that occurred at BEEF O’BRADY’S in Semmes on Saturday, August 18, 2012. MCSO is looking for PHILLIP JUANE GAINES. He has been seen driving a BLUE FORD ESCAPE AL TAG (2A81R36). GAINES is considered to be ARMED and DANGEROUS.
