The Mobile County Sheriff’s Office has been conducting an undercover drug investigation on a group of people who have been suspected of trafficking heroin in Mobile. On Friday, August 3, 2012, MCSO arrested VICTOR LAVELLE CURRIE and CHRISTEE LEE MITCHELL for trafficking heroin. Undercover MCSO deputies say the investigation is ongoing and there will be additional arrest to follow. CURRIE and MITCHELL will both face a MANDATORY SENTENCE OF 25 YEARS.
